Yes, LUMA1 offers instant translation into over 60 languages, making it easy to deliver training to a diverse, multilingual workforce.
An active worker is any individual assigned or completing at least one piece of content in a given calendar month. Workers in the system with no activity that month don't count toward your tier. There's no automatic overage charge if you exceed your cap — we'll reach out to discuss the right tier for your growth.
Just the active ones. If you run a 500-person project but only 120 workers complete training in a given month, you're billed against 120. This matters for seasonal operations where workforce size fluctuates — you're not paying for idle headcount.
Implementation is a one-time fee paid at contract signing. It covers everything needed to get your platform live and configured before your first worker logs in. Site plans include a guided setup call and configuration wizard. Operations plans include a structured rollout with content upload support, group configuration, and user import. Atlas plans include a dedicated engagement covering SSO/SCIM setup, security review, integration planning, and a pilot deployment on your first site.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your annual term. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. If your workforce is growing quickly, ask us about multi-tier agreements that protect you from mid-year surprises.
Yes. Canadian customers are invoiced in CAD at our published CAD rates, which are reviewed quarterly. USD is available to all customers. GBP billing is available for UK customers on request. All prices on this page are shown in USD unless the CAD toggle is selected.
We don't offer a self-serve free trial, but we do offer a structured pilot for Operations and Atlas prospects — a scoped deployment on one site or one content programme, running for 30 days, with full platform access. Speak to our team to find out if your project is a good fit for a pilot.
Atlas uses a 4-layer competency model: a global content library, industry-specific compliance packs, your organisation's custom requirements, and role-based training assignments. Subcontractors are tracked independently from your direct workforce. A worker's clearance status updates in real time as credentials expire or training lapses — they cannot be marked Cleared until every role requirement is satisfied. The Contractors Report gives your HSE or procurement team a live view of readiness across all subcontractor firms on your programme.
Yes. LUMA1 exports SCORM 1.2 packages that can be imported into any SCORM-compliant LMS (Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Moodle, etc.). For Atlas clients, the Content API allows LUMA1 to deliver content directly inside third-party applications with named completion tracking — useful if you're embedding safety inductions inside an existing workforce portal.
All plans are annual subscriptions. We don't offer monthly billing. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice; any prorated balance will be settled at that time. Multi-year agreements (2–3 year) are available with additional discounts — ask your account contact for details.
Operations and Atlas plans run on logically isolated tenants with separate data schemas. Atlas Enterprise plans include full per-tenant database isolation — your data is physically separated from all other accounts. All data is stored in Microsoft Azure data centres in your region. We can provide our data processing agreement and sub-processor list on request.
