HammerTech is a global safety management platform, supporting all LUMA1 regions of operation in onboarding, orientation, and site safety records. Through our new partnership, LUMA1 now feeds training directly into that record, so crews stay trained and compliance stays current without extra data entry. 

The integration links LUMA1's full course catalog, including the Ally Safety library, straight to a worker's HammerTech profile. As courses are assigned, completed, or come up for renewal, HammerTech's record updates automatically, since each LUMA1 course maps to a matching license type. No spreadsheets, no manual matching. 

HammerTech owns the safety record end-to-end: onboarding, orientation delivery, and the site record all run through it. LUMA1 sits alongside as the content and LMS layer. We don't duplicate that record, we sync training data into it. Nothing here asks contractors to move onboarding or orientation out of HammerTech; it just means the training LUMA1 delivers shows up automatically where the safety record lives.
